Kizo Kicks core specs

Materials & Construction
The Kizo Kicks upper features engineered mesh with strategically placed synthetic overlays for durability in high-wear zones. We use a seamless construction method that reduces friction points and prevents blisters during extended wear.
Our dual-density midsole pairs soft EVA foam in the heel with firmer foam in the forefoot. This combination cushions heel strike while maintaining ground feel for agility. The rubber outsole uses a multi-directional traction pattern tested across hardwood, concrete, and gym surfaces. A TPU shank embedded in the midfoot provides torsional rigidity without adding bulk.

Sizing & Fit
Kizo Kicks run true to US men’s sizing. We recommend ordering your standard sneaker size for a performance fit with minimal heel slip. The engineered mesh upper offers slight stretch to accommodate wider feet without going up a half size.
If you prefer extra room in the toe box for thick socks or orthotics, consider ordering a half size up. The lace system includes seven eyelets for customizable lockdown. Our padded collar sits below the ankle bone to prevent pressure during lateral movements. Customers with high arches report the removable sockliner provides adequate support, while those needing additional arch control can easily swap in custom insoles.
Care & Maintenance
Cleaning
Wipe the mesh upper with a damp cloth and mild detergent to remove surface dirt. For deeper cleaning, remove the laces and sockliner, then hand wash with lukewarm water. Avoid machine washing, as the agitation can delaminate the midsole. Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat sources.
Storage
Store Kizo Kicks in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight to prevent midsole oxidation. Stuffing the toe box with paper helps maintain shape during long-term storage. Rotate between multiple pairs to extend the lifespan of the cushioning system, which typically maintains optimal responsiveness for 350-400 miles of use.

The dual-density EVA midsole maintains optimal responsiveness for approximately 350-400 miles of use, depending on your weight, gait pattern, and training surfaces. You’ll notice reduced cushioning when the midsole begins to compress and no longer rebounds after each step. Rotating between multiple pairs of shoes can extend the functional lifespan of each pair.
Kizo Kicks are currently offered in US men’s sizes 7-14. Women can order by converting their size (typically 1.5 sizes down from women’s sizing). For example, a women’s size 9 would order a men’s size 7.5. We’re developing a women’s-specific version with adjusted proportions and colorways, expected to launch later this year.
We recommend hand washing only to preserve the midsole bond and mesh integrity. Remove laces and sockliner, then scrub with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Air dry at room temperature away from direct heat. Machine washing can cause the midsole to delaminate and reduce the shoe’s structural lifespan.
